Kennedy Parker Photography offers photography services, digital prints, and resources for purchase. These Terms govern the use of my website and any transactions conducted through it.

2. Use of Website

2.1 Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and make purchases.

2.2 Account Security:
If you create an account on my website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

2.3 Prohibited Use:
You agree not to use the website:

For unlawful purposes
To interfere with the website’s functionality or security
To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Kennedy Parker Photography or others.

3. Payment and Refunds

3.1 Pricing:
All prices listed on my website are in US Currency and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Payments:
I accept payments via HoneyBook and Shopify (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal). Payments must be received in full before any products are delivered. Photography Services require a retainer fee for booking me and all service payments must be paid in full before session or wedding date (unless discussed otherwise). 

3.3 Refunds:

Digital Prints and Resources: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Photography Services: Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your signed contract. Retainer fees are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership:
All content on this website, including photos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Kennedy Parker Photography and is protected by copyright laws.

4.2 Limited License:
You are granted a limited license to use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content without prior written consent.

5. Booking and Scheduling

5.1 Photography Services:
Clients must sign a contract and pay a retainer fee to secure their booking. Your date is not reserved until both are completed.

5.2 Rescheduling and Cancellations:

Rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 2 weeks or sooner prior to the scheduled session date.

Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your signed contract.

6. Digital Products

6.1 License for Digital Prints and Resources:
When you purchase digital prints or resources, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Reselling or redistribution of digital products is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law,
Kennedy Parker Photography will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Your use or inability to use the website
Errors or inaccuracies on the website
Unauthorized access to your account

8. Privacy
I value your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with my Privacy Policy. By using my website, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Links to Third-Party Websites
My website may contain links to external websites. I am responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
