They say when it rains on your wedding day, it brings good luck to your marriage. If it’s a tropical storm on your wedding day, does that mean you get extra good luck? I’m going to go with a yes for that answer!

Nina and Sean’s wedding wasn’t what they expected, but I loved how they took it on with a go with the flow attitude and made it the best day for them. It showed me a big side of how they look at life and not letting a tropical storm ruin the fun and all the memories to come of their special day. If you ask me, it made their day even more unique.

I first met with Nina and Sean via the internet when they were searching for a wedding photographer. When we crossed paths and talked on the phone, I immediately fell in love with their story, personalities, and the vision for their wedding day. I loved chatting here and there with Nina via Instagram. As the wedding day was getting closer I was finally going to meet them in person at their rehearsal dinner! Their BIG family was so welcoming. I saw how much love and care surrounded Nina and Sean as they were stepping into marriage.

When I arrived at the venue to see Nina and Sean, they both had big smiles and were so ready to see one another and get the party started! Their wedding day was filled with so much love from their family and friends. One of my favorite things they did during the ceremony was pass around their wedding rings for all their guest to bless them.

I was honored to be apart of Nina and Sean’s special day! It truly means the world to me to photograph couples wedding days and see just the beginning of their next chapter together. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Roniger!
