Surprise Proposal at Wrightsville Beach, NC | Anthony + Caroline

There is nothing sweeter than capturing the moment of two people starting their journey as future Mr. & Mrs.

Anthony reached out to me about wanting his surprise proposal to his girlfriend, Caroline to be captured on camera. Plus, Caroline really wanted a photographer for the big moment as well! I was thrilled to jump on the opportunity to help him in any way!

Anthony and Caroline met three years ago in North Carolina at Duke University Hospital as nurses. When they were both in North Carolina they loved going to the beach. Anthony wanted to create a special moment for them at a place they both loved. They were both coming down to Wilmington and he taught it would be the perfect place to pop the question!

They were both currently out of state. Anthony and I planned how everything needs happen to where he would park to where Caroline needs to stand. It was so much fun helping Anthony plan his proposal and making it come to life. My personal favorite thing that I sent him was a map. This map had drawings of where he should walk. Where I will be standing and where Caroline needs to be when he proposes!

The day of their surprise proposal it was warm and sunny, just what Anthony and I hoped it would be! It was a tad on the windy side, but still an amazing and beautiful day for a proposal!
