I had the honor of photographing Brittany and Joseph’s engagement session in downtown Wilmington, NC! When I walked up to meet Brittany and Joseph I noticed their outfits looked so familiar. Brittany told me she followed my recent blog post on “3 Outfit Ideas For Your Engagement Session”. I was so excited she did because they looked SO CUTE and it definitely fit the style of their urban engagement session!
Once I started photographing, I knew their session was going to be so much fun! The way Joseph makes Brittany laugh was just the sweetest to watch and the way Joseph smiles at Brittany… heart is MELTING! They made my job so easy by the way they just natural made each other laugh and smile during their engagement session.
As we were all walking to our second location, Brittany told me they actually spontaneously got married during March! I just love that they did their own thing because why not! 🙂 It’s their day, it’s their story and I love how they are writing it!
I asked Brittany and Joseph, what are they most excited about for their upcoming wedding? They can’t wait to celebrate with their family and friends, eat some good food, and have some beer (Jo’s favorite!). I can’t wait to continue their celebration in September and photograph their special day in just 6 months!! Until then, here are some of my favorite photos from their beautiful engagement Session.
